Hi got one about three years ago after 60 years of type one diabetes and trying everything else which worked for a while and then one by one quit. Lost some length due to the loss of elasticity from some years of impotence, but the implants stay firm and allow good intercourse. You would never see it in a locker room or anything. You can go and go and go. Still able to ejaculate normally. Highly recommend to anyone with this problem as other than the cost, there’s virtually no downside.
