Getting bigger and bigger every time I pump cock. Almost packed full this 2"x9" Thickwall penis pump cylinder with the help of the vacuum milking machine. Starting at about 4-6Hg and gradually increasing the vacuum until the machine cycles between 12 and 15Hg.
